Netflix spits on customers
and I really enjoyed it.
What I do not enjoy is Netflix repeatedly telling the press that people will not walk and this is a momentary glitch --this being their increasing their prices by as much as 60% for some members.
As I noted, I was seeing an increase of something like $3 bucks. And I thought I'd stay.
But this blatant disregard for the customer is really pissing me off.
I thought they hadn't anticipated the reaction. But what they keep telling the press is that they had and that they don't care.
And that's why I think I'll switch to Blockbuster.
