"Body of Proof" airs Tuesday nights on ABC. It stars Dana Delaney as doctor Megan who was a leading surgeon but had a car accident that damaged her hand control and now she's a coroner.
The case this week was interesting. A body was found. No blood in it. It was found in the water. Did the fish suck the blood out of the woman?
No. But she was killed by a snake. And the snake was a murder weapon, not an accident. This was a really interesting episode.
Meg's mother (played by Joanna Cassidy) was on. She's a judge. Meg and her mother have issues. I'm starting to like the character though (the judge, I always love Dana Delaney's character).
Jeri Ryan plays Meg's boss and their conflict has been that she's dating Meg's ex. Not anymore. She broke up. There was too much pressure being put on her. Good for her.
But I still say she should have broken up with him when he wanted her to quit her job, drop everything and move to California with him but he didn't bother to propose. "Hey, quit your successful job that you've worked your way into and leave everything to go to California with my daughter and me and maybe we'll work out and maybe we won't." I still can't get over that, sorry.
Sam. That may be the name of the female cop. I was going to try to remember them. I like them. I think Ed is the male cop. He's going to be a father and he was asking about names. He had a nice scene with Dana where she explained why she named her daughter Lacey.
Going out with C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot:"
