I heard that on the bus today and wanted to share it. What was going on? Three guys, older, 40s and 50s, African-American were discussing the election and one was saying he wasn't going to vote this time, one was saying he was voting for Romney because the country needed jobs and the other was saying he was going to vote for Barack because he'd fixed everything. Which led the one who is not going to vote to tell the Barack supporter that he didn't know what he was talking about, the Barack supporter responded that he knows that man does this and does that and the one who's not voting this time said, "Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's the problem, you know too damn much but you don't know s**t." At which point he and the Romney supporter began laughing.
Okay, "Revolution" will be on NBC Monday nights and "Last Resort" on ABC Thursday nights.
I'll do "The Good Wife" when those episodes begin airing. And I'll do one other show. It's come down to those two. I will most likely go with "Revolution." I wish it were on another night. :(
Why not "Last Resort"? Thursdays?
I loved Ashley Judd's "Missing" but it was hard to remember to write about it because Friday's I do a movie post. So that would mean carrying "Last Resort" over to Mondays or Tuesdays. (Monday is supposed to be "The Good Wife" recap and critique.) I'll watch both shows but I'm trying to think in terms of time and I'm thinking "Revolution" will work best with that.
"AP," by the way, has a good overview of this fall's shows.
If there's something you'd like covered, let me know and I'll pass it around. A lot of us evening bloggers who cover TV lost shows last summer. And I will be happy to say, to Ruth for example who will not be writing about "Cougar Town" (ABC cut it loose, it'll air on TBS), "Hey, I got some e-mails about this show on . . ."
Going out with C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot:"
