I may have written about this worker before, about a year ago. She was insubordinate and a million other things and she decided to quit. But first, she had to stage some major drama.
We honestly thought her husband had died. She was that emotional, with tears streaming down her face. The story she told was about how wronged she was and people were against her and blah blah and blah.
What really happened was that she freaked out because she can never be wrong.
All she had to do (back then) was shut her mouth, listen to what she'd done wrong, say she wouldn't do it again, end of story.
She had to throw a tantrum with screaming and crying.
Why am I all in this story again?
She got transferred back into our section.
I have no idea but she went off on the 62 year old woman who was trying to help her (a co-worker) and it was the same story all over again.
She was wrong. It was nicely pointed out. She screamed and yelled and cried.
Just like it was a year ago.
I don't know why she wasn't fired to begin with last time.
I had thought she was. Instead, they moved her to a different department.
And someone got the stupid idea that it would be smart to bring her back to our department.
It wasn't smart. Not at all.
Going out with C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot:"
