Why did "Will & Grace" go off?
She states that some people felt the ratings were too low -- but if the show were on right now and getting the same ratings it would be the number one show. And some in the cast -- she didn't say who -- wanted to go out on top. She said she felt the show still had two more good seasons in it.
I'd agree. Megan played Karen Walker.
I hated the end of that show. It sucked. It wasn't funny. It was b.s. Will and Grace go forever without talking. I hated it. Megan loved the finale ("it was brilliant"). No, it sucked. Karen and Jack and Rosario were okay. But that nonsense drama of Will and Grace was just b.s.
But I loved Karen and I love Megan. She's hilarious as Ron Swanson's second ex-wife Tammy on "Parks and Recreation." She's always hilarious. Including on "In The Motherhood."
She's just funny.
Larry King: Would you go back and do Karen again?
Megan Mullally: I would love to do Karen again. I wanted to do a Broadway show called Karen: The Musical but I couldn't get the rights to the character of Karen.
Larry King: You couldn't?
Megan Mullally: I did have them but they were taken away without explanation.
It's a really good interview. If you like Megan or miss Larry King on CNN (Piers really makes me miss Larry), take a moment to stream it.
Going out with C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot:"
